freeYes. It's the whole book, and it is free... always. Soapbox aside, good habits reap good rewards. Reading e-books saves trees which ensures more hugging opportunities. Furthermore, I want you to read the book, hopefully enjoy it, and spread the word. I'm not independently wealthy or have a fantastic paying job, but the world already has too many gimme monsters. I write because I enjoy it and it's hard. This is book one in a series of three and who knows how many future writings; so, let me make you a promise: this book -- The Suburbs of Hell -- in its digitally format will always be free.

musingI am a Gemini Existentialist. To say that I live in two
minds is a massive understatement, or maybe it's an over simplification. One twin is a Disney princess - probably Belle - who can't read enough of L.M. Montgomery, Jane Austen, Stephanie Meyer, and any other classically rooted estrogen drenched brain candy. The other is likened to a brooding female Ponyboy thinking on the wrong side of the metaphorical tracks: Oscar Wilde, Neil Gaiman, George Orwell, David Mitchell, Louise Welsh. They are both - however - melodramatic teenagers playacting adulthood. Damn you delightful narcissism; you a-muse me so. |
bioI am a green collar professional who designs and consults for sustainable architecture. I have a BS in architecture along with a master's diploma in green building. I own a successful small business, Second Eden Studio, and write articles for various magazines, journals, and online publications on the subject of sustainability. I am also invited to guest speak as an expert in my field. I am originally from Minnesota, lived and worked in England for five years, and now reside in Charlotte. Also, I am the proud single mom of three kids, two woofs, and one meow.
